Bristol CLT Annual General Meeting and Board Election

Next Saturday 6th April 2013 at 3pm – 4pm at Windmill Hill City Farm, Philip St, Bedminster, BS3 4EA, Bristol CLT will hold its AGM which will include an update from the chair Keith Cowling on what has been happening since the launch in 2011. Please see this notice for further details: Bristol CLT AGM Notice

One third of the members elected under each class stand down at each AGM but may stand for re-election. The AGM is an opportunity for any Bristol CLT member to put themselves forward as a candidate for Board member. A pro forma is included in the above notice, if any members wish to do so and the deadline for submission is Wednesday 3rd April, 4pm. You will see you must be nominated by another member: I can help you find one to nominate you if you do not know any others.

Only members can vote at the AGM. In the voting to elect Board members, members vote only for those standing in the “class” they belong to – resident/potential resident, community or stakeholder.

If members have any queries, please contact Anna on: annamaloney@bchf.co.uk
